BlazePDF is a focused desktop workspace for the lecture slides, readings, revision notes, textbook chapters, research papers, and past papers that make up a semester. It gives students one calm place to read, annotate, organize, and print PDFs without turning every study session into a workaround.

BlazePDF works offline, requires no account for the desktop reader, and keeps local files on the student’s computer. Its annotation tools include pen and marker strokes, word-aware highlights, editable text boxes, shapes, arrows, lines, images, erasing, undo, and redo. Students can create tool presets so one shortcut restores the color, width, and opacity they use for a particular kind of note.

Flow Mode is designed for keyboard-first annotation, while page tools support blank-page insertion, image import, reordering, and visible PDF export. Search helps students return to important passages, and editable BlazePDF metadata lets annotations remain changeable when a document is reopened.

Smart Duplex prepares two-sided output for printers that need a manual second pass and explains how to reload the paper. Poster Enlargement turns one large diagram or PDF page into tiled sheets with a preview of how the pieces fit together. Opening, reading, annotating, searching native PDF text, and exporting are local desktop workflows. Optional account and AI OCR features are separate and begin only when a user chooses them. BlazePDF does not use document content to train generalized AI models.
